Widen stance- plie - 1/4 of the way down, singles
hamstring curls, squats, plie's pulses, low back stretch
Squat on end on TC- one foot on the end, switch sides-down for 2 counts/up for 2 counts
Plie' feet wide- down for 2 counts/up for 2 counts
Repeat
Squat thrust-1 set
Plank- option on knees, 1 knee down, or both knees up
Bridge- heels on TC

Core Exercise- hands to knees and extend
Knees into your chest- roll side to side, drop your knees to one side, then the other
