Warm up with the band
Step touch with the band opening it up
Squat and bring band behind your head
Repeat both and get a little deeper
Standing Core- Bring one knee up and rotate body towards knee
Band in under feet and on shoulders- squat and twist r, l
Fasten on TC
One foot on TC grab band- front, side, and arm straight back raise
Curl and Press
Lunge on TC band in hand- slow lunges
Sit on TC- put band around feet- lean back - bring one foot out to side- heel taps ground
Repeat on the left
Next set the tempo is faster
Sit on end of TC- hold band and lean back to a sit up and come up
Stretch-
Foot on opposite knee- bring leg back towards you
Straighten out one leg, other crosses over- seated spinal twist
Shoulder stretch, r, l
Deep breath up and out!

On top of TC- tap back right, tap back left
